Shiro to Sora!

There were like 3 people requested me to draw something from No Game No Life. That tickles my curiosity so I decided to watch the series. I've gotta say it's very interesting and everything, in terms of plot and characters' scheme/tactics, are all well thought out. And right now I can't wait for season 2!

About the work, I went ahead with a very saturated palette that fits with the actual anime. I'm very content with the lighting and shading on Sora's left hand, as the green from the chess board reflecting on. Other than that, I wish I know how to create good textures so that their skin and clothes would stand out more :/
